Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to both USA and Canada for FREE! Some items cannot be shipped to Canada like certain watches & jewellery, which will be stated in the description.

What are your shipping prices?
Shipping is FREE for all items! For shipping multiple items: shipping to Canada may require an additional shipping fee due to the very high shipping cost for larger items. If you are planning on ordering multiple items and want to know if a shipping charge will be required, please email us with the items names, prices and the shipping location. All items shipped via Standard Ground Shipping, we utilize UPS for most deliveries, and will on occasion utilize FedEx, USPS, Canada Post or DHL depending on the circumstance. We do not ship COD and cannot mail to PO Boxes, so please have a street address available for delivery. Although every effort is made to process and expedite within 72 hours, stock issues do arise as we do rely on third party warehousing for some of our inventory. If an out of stock or back-order situation arises, we advise the customers as soon as possible and refund the transaction. We will honor or carry back-orders, but will advise the customer prior to billing if this is the situation and let you choose whether you wish to wait for the item, or order elsewhere.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, thankfully anyone can pay using Paypal for free, even if you don't have a Paypal account. Paypal is the most popular and safest way to pay with credit cards and bank accounts online. We only ship to verified addresses.

What is your returns policy?
If you would like to return an order you can do so. If you receive your order, and the order is defective upon receipt of it, you can apply for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). If you receive your order, and you were sent the wrong products, you can apply for an RMA. In either of these situations you can return the product for a replacement at no cost to you. If you receive the product and you do not want it, or have changed your mind about it, you can do so. However, you will incur the return shipment cost, as well as a restocking fee if one applies to the products you wish to return. To return an order, or part of an order, you must request an RMA from us first. Regardless of the reason for the return, please note that returns are only accepted up to and including fourteen (14) days after receipt of the order. For the purpose of this returns policy, order receipt will be defined as the documented delivery date of your order. There are restocking fees for certain products. Restocking fees are only incurred if your return request does not fulfill the requirements for a full refund. Before you receive your RMA, you will be notified by a returns manager if the products you wish to return are subject to restocking fees. If the product you received is not the product you ordered or is defective, we pay the cost of returning the item. If the product is returned for any other reason, you incur the cost of the return. If you received the wrong product, or received a defective product, we will pay for return shipping on that product only. Once we have received the defective product, it will be replaced with an identical product at no cost to you. If you received the wrong product, once we receive it, we will send you the correct product at no cost you cost. Upon reviewing your request you will be granted an RMA. If your request fulfills the requirements for a full refund, you will not have to pay return shipping or restocking fees. If your request does not fulfill these requirements, you incur the costs of returning the order, as well as any restocking fees that apply to the products in your order.

What if I want to cancel an order?
You can cancel an order. However, you must cancel the order as soon as possible. Your order will be processed in a maximum of four days, but it will likely be processed sooner. Once the order has been confirmed, you will not be able to cancel it. Once the order has been confirmed and shipped, if you want to cancel it, you can only do so by going through the regular returns procedure which will most likely cost you fees so only place serious orders! How do I get an item for 1 CENT?
Buy any camera or cell phone and you can choose from any accessory for 1 cent. These include webcams, digital cameras, headsets, chargers and much more. Limit of one 1 cent item per camera or cell phone purchase. Just go to the '1 CENT Items' sections under the cameras or cell phones categories to see all the great items you can choose from.

We do not currently ship to APO/FPO.

We can supply you with your UPS tracking number if you request, also all items are insured at no extra cost.
